Terms & Conditions

All hires are subject to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.

Drivers

All people intending to drive the vehicle must have their full details entered onto the Rental Agreement at the commencement of the hire. All Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and have held their full New Zealand, or overseas drivers licence for a minimum of 3 years.

Payment

All rates are in NZ$ and include insurance and GST (Tax 12.5%). 
All payment is made on commencement of the hire. We accept all major Credit Cards, Eftpos, Cash, Travellers Cheques or Direct Debit.

Bond

A bond by the way of Credit Card imprint is taken on collection of the vehicle and is returned at the end of the hire provided that there is no damage and the vehicle has been refuelled.

Insurance

All vehicles come with a comprehensive insurance included in our rates and is subject to terms and conditions as set out on our rental agreement. All accidents are subject to an excess. Accident damage waivers to reduce the excess are available on request. Some waivers are not available to some ages of drivers, and on some classes of vehicle.

Fuel

The vehicle is supplied with a full tank of fuel, and is to be refueled at the conclusion of the hire.

Extensions/Early Terminations

Extensions are welcome provided adequate notice (48 hrs) is given. Refunds for early returns may only apply if 48 hours notice is given, and the daily rate may be recalculated.

Child/Baby Seats

Child seats are now compulsory on New Zealand roads for Children under 5 years old. Child car seats are available free of charge.
